Solar Installer - Renewable Energy Technician


We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing renewable energy team in Washington. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to design plans and specifications
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during or after installation
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in the renewable energy industry
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial properties
- Certification as a Renewable Energy Technician or similar qualification
- Fluency in English
