Experienced Roofer

We are currently hiring an experienced roofer for our construction company based in Balzers. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on various residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas on the roof
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to building codes and manufacturer instructions
- Repair or replace damaged or worn out roofing components such as flashing, vents, and gutters
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a roofer
- Excellent knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting

We are specifically looking for candidates who are Malayalees or foreigners with good English communication skills. This is a part-time job without accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Balzers or nearby areas. However, we also welcome applicants without any prior experience in roofing.
