Senior Architect - Urban Design

As a Senior Architect for Urban Design, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process of various urban development projects in Lisbon. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and vision, developing design concepts and plans, and overseeing the implementation of the final design. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in urban design and architecture, with a strong understanding of planning principles, zoning regulations, and building codes. You should also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team towards achieving project goals. As this role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders, effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban design or architecture
- Proven track record of successfully leading urban development projects
- In-depth knowledge of planning principles, zoning regulations, and building codes
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are preferred)
- Must have own visa for working in Lisbon
