Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational activities within the office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling office supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage budget.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for senior management.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
