Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment to perform construction and excavation tasks. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This is a contract position with no English language requirements, making it suitable for non-native speakers. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be able to work in Dickirch, Canada without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Complete projects within specified timelines
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Valid certification or license for operating heavy equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Strong communication skills in English (French language skills are an asset)
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if necessary

Salary: $1100 per week

Location: Dickirch, Canada (Canadian citizens preferred)

Type: Contract (duration may vary based on project needs)
