Office Assistant - Moscow
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Moscow. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an ideal position for someone who has experience in office administration and is looking to grow in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Make travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian language is a plus
Salary: 1600$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
Location: This position is based in Moscow, but we welcome applications from candidates of all nationalities.
