Moderator (English speaker) for Online Forum in St. Petersburg
We are seeking a dynamic and fluent English speaker to join our team as a moderator for an online forum in St. Petersburg. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing discussions, ensuring that all posts adhere to community guidelines and policies. You will also provide support to users, assist with technical issues, and escalate any concerns to the appropriate team members. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism and diplomacy. Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option to work remotely. Candidates must have a biometric passport and be located in St. Petersburg or willing to relocate without company-provided accommodation.
