Personal Trainer


As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness guidance and support to clients in the city of Eschen. Your main role will be to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to each client's specific needs and goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress, providing feedback, and adjusting programs as needed. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations
- Design customized exercise programs based on clients' goals, preferences, and abilities
- Provide one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for optimal results
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with them to ensure their satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean workout environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or related field
- Certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition principles
- Ability to modify exercises for clients with injuries or health conditions
- Proven track record of achieving results with previous clients
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position requiring at least 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule as some early morning, evening or weekend shifts may be required. This job does not provide accommodation.
