Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
A reputable company in Mauren is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as strong attention to detail. As the first point of contact for our company, you must have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a courteous manner
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for managers
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Pakistani or Nepali nationals are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
