Online Consultant (Part-Time)


We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1800.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone to provide timely and accurate assistance
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively guide clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction ratings by delivering exceptional service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using technology and comfortable working on various online platforms
