Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through various digital channels, such as email, chat, and phone. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with the best solutions for their needs. Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Providing accurate information about products or services offered
- Assisting clients in navigating through our website and online platforms
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the consultation process
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting relevant products or services
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all clients
- Meeting monthly targets for client satisfaction and sales goals

Requirements:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, both online and over the phone
- Familiarity with online communication tools (email, chat, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Salary: This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Location: This position is based in Lahore, but remote work is also an option.
