Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important data. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and maps based on your survey findings. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and possess strong analytical skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Nepali candidates with a biometric passport are preferred. English language proficiency is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones to collect data
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred for work visa purposes
