Restaurant Manager
Our fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Sofia is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Ensure that all employees are following proper hygiene and safety standards
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistent high standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and specials that align with our brand
- Manage budgets and financial goals to achieve profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to improve overall restaurant experience
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
We offer competitive salary (1300$) plus bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
