Our dynamic architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to assess land conditions and evaluate potential building locations
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety standards
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Resolve any design issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Siauliai. While English speaking skills are preferred, they are not required. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
