Indian Barista in Khasab



We are searching for a skilled Indian Barista to join our team in Khasab. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea-based drinks while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks according to customer orders
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with their orders
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment properly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Familiarity with operating espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
