We are in search of a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working as a tiler and be proficient in various tiling techniques. This job is suitable for Malayalees or Filipinos who are looking for an opportunity to work abroad with visa sponsorship.

As a Tiler, you will be responsible for measuring and cutting tiles, preparing surfaces for tiling, and applying tiles to walls, floors, and other surfaces. You will also be required to mix and apply grout and sealant to ensure a professional finish. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will need to ensure that the tiles are aligned correctly and any imperfections are corrected before completion.

The successful candidate must be physically fit as this job involves standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to use various hand tools such as tile cutters and saws.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent time management skills as you will often be working on multiple projects at once. Good communication skills are also important as you may need to work closely with other tradespeople on construction sites.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a tiler

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them
- Apply tiles to walls, floors, or other surfaces using appropriate adhesives
- Mix and apply grout and sealant to ensure a professional finish
- Correct any imperfections or misalignments in tiles
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed
