Executive Chef - Fine Dining (Siauliai)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating exceptional dining experiences at our upscale restaurant in Siauliai. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute seasonal menus that reflect the highest quality ingredients and flavors
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety standards, and menu execution
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Oversee food purchasing and budgeting to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for creating unique and innovative dishes using local, seasonal ingredients
