Senior Architect
Location: Triesen, Egypt or Nepal (preference for Egyptian or Nepali candidates)
Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, from conceptualization to execution. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept development to final construction drawings
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and other team members
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Review and approve submittals from contractors and vendors
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 8 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
