Senior Architect - Triesen, Liechtenstein

We are hiring for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, from concept development to project completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final construction documents
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative solutions
- Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and reports
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits and meetings with contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and software usage

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Liechtenstein
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Nepali language skills preferred but not required)

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
