Entry-level Solar Installer in Funchal, Portugal


Our solar installation company is seeking an entry-level Solar Installer to join our team in Funchal. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting senior installers with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior installers with the installation of solar panels on roofs and other structures
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights
- Carry and move equipment and materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn about solar panel systems and their components
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
- No previous experience in solar installation required, but some basic knowledge or interest in renewable energy is preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license is preferred
