Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. You will work closely with the concierge team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a contract position based in Abu Dhabi, with a salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Assist with check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
