Concierge Assistant - English speaking (Abu Dhabi)


Our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional and friendly Concierge Assistant to join our team. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their inquiries, recommending local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have excellent customer service skills. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, events, restaurants, etc.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be physically fit to handle tasks such as lifting luggage
