Architecture Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of various architectural projects
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor project progress to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Review project plans and designs to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
