Part-Time Team Lead for Student Employment in Karachi


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Lead for Student Employment in Karachi. As the team lead, you will be responsible for managing a group of students who will be working part-time with our company. Salary: 1300$ per month (part-time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for student employees
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to student employees based on their skills and availability
- Train and mentor student employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of student employees, providing feedback and support as needed
- Act as a liaison between student employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources
- Plan team meetings or events to foster teamwork and provide opportunities for personal development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or in an educational setting
