We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's computer network systems, ensuring their smooth operation and maximum efficiency.

Your main duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting network issues and providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will monitor network performance and security to ensure the integrity of the system.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP), routing protocols (BGP), and network security (firewalls). You should also have experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also manage our company's systems, including servers and workstations. This includes installing and updating software, configuring user accounts and permissions, and monitoring system performance.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with other teams in the company to understand their technology needs. You should also have strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We welcome candidates without experience but with a passion for technology and willingness to learn. We provide accommodation for our employees if needed. Visa sponsorship is also offered for international candidates.
