- Monitor curing process and apply necessary adjustments to ensure quality work

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
