Office Assistant - Muscat, Oman (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals looking for employment in Muscat. This role does not require English proficiency and is open to students and individuals without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid biometric passport for travel to Oman
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation provided
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other regional languages
