Your main duties will include preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries, such as cakes, tarts, cookies, and breads.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for pastry-making and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills are also necessary as you will be working closely with other kitchen staff and communicating with customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of various pastry-making techniques

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of pastries according to recipes or customer requests
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Monitor supply levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Communicate with customers to take special orders or address any concerns they may have regarding their pastries
