Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) - Moscow, Russia

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Moscow, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, budgeting and financial management, inventory control, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations of the Indian restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial goals
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide necessary training or coaching
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and update existing ones based on customer feedback and trends

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets and controlling costs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia
