Online Consultant - Indian Nationals



We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Washington. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through email, chat, or social media channels
- Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Tracking and documenting all customer interactions for future reference
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall business growth
- Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work full-time in Washington without the need for sponsorship or visa assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, social media platforms is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with performance-based incentives.
