Cashier for a Convenience Store in Karachi, Pakistan

A convenience store in Karachi is seeking a Cashier to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The cashier will also assist with stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety and security procedures

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a convenience store or retail environment
- Bilingual (English/Urdu) is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
