Executive Chef
Our luxury hotel in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and we are offering free visa and ticket for non-residents.
Responsibilities:
- Create and design menus that reflect our hotel's standard of excellence
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Control food and labor costs while maintaining high standards of quality
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent training/education preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, management, and guests
- Ability to create innovative menus while also ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is a plus
