Commercial Architect

As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Your expertise in both design and project management will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately executed and meet all necessary building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
