Job Title: Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Process invoices and expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Las Vegas, USA
