Administrative Manager in Medina, Africa
We are a growing organization seeking a responsible and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina, Africa. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Oversee office budget and expenses, including purchasing supplies and equipment
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding office policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain records of office inventory, expenses, and other important documents
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to office operations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience working in Africa is preferred
