Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contractual)



We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our online clients from India who are seeking employment opportunities in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients via email and chat platforms to understand their job preferences, qualifications, and experience
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations on suitable job opportunities in St. Petersburg based on the client's profile
- Assist clients with the job application process, including resume preparation and submission
- Conduct research on job market trends and provide insights to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant databases
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to match clients with suitable job openings
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Available for a contract position
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, etc.
- Basic knowledge of the job market in St. Petersburg is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in India. As it is a contractual role, the consultant will not be entitled to accommodation or any other company benefits.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
