Welder



As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts and structures together to create a variety of products, including buildings, bridges, and vehicles. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to heat and melt metal pieces, then fuse them together to create a strong bond. This role requires experience in welding techniques and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick to join metal pieces together
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect welds for quality control and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep track of materials used for each project

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in welding is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding or related field; experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick is required
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications accurately
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
