Sales Manager - Gujrat, India
A leading international company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel as needed
