Live-in Caregiver in Bayan, Philippines


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care and support to elderly or disabled individuals in their home. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. This position requires no English language skills and is open to Filipinos only.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedule
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes or concerns to supervising nurse or family members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver for elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Compassionate nature and strong communication skills
- Must be physically able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to live-in the client's home for the duration of the assignment
