Seamstress for Traditional Garments in Osijek, Croatia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating traditional garments such as dresses, skirts, blouses, and other clothing items using various sewing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabrics according to pattern specifications
- Operate sewing machines and other tools to assemble garments
- Stitch and hem garments by hand or using a machine
- Make alterations or repairs to finished garments as needed
- Collaborate with designers to understand their vision and bring it to life through your sewing skills
- Ensure all garments meet quality standards before shipping them out
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction methods
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and other tools such as scissors, needles, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and precision in your work
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy fabric rolls if needed

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Osijek, Croatia
