Commercial Architect (Siauliai)

We are in need of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Siauliai. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that all designs are executed according to specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the building process
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in English
