Urgent Construction Manager for Multinational Construction Company in Muscat

Our multinational construction company in Muscat is urgently seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. They should also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and other construction professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a multinational company
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is an urgent position and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for selected candidates. Malayalees or Egyptians who are fluent in English are preferred. This is a full-time position but we also welcome applications from those looking for part-time opportunities.
