Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to on-site management and final delivery. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient use of materials and labor
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports for senior management regarding project progress and any potential risks or delays

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Effective communication skills with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
