Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Canada. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures that meet the needs of our clients. This includes analyzing the site, creating detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Conduct site analysis to determine feasibility of construction and identify any potential challenges
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct periodic on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction work
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards for industrial structures
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, we offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This opportunity is open for all levels of experience. Canadian nationality preferred but not required.
