Industrial Architect - Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to determine the feasibility of proposed projects
- Develop design plans and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are functional and meet client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Make revisions to designs as necessary based on client feedback or changes in project scope
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferences:
- Pakistani nationality
- Experience working on industrial projects within Faisalabad
- Previous experience working on contract jobs
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
