We are seeking a part-time office administrator for our company located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This position is perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in a professional setting. As an office administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. No English language proficiency is required for this position as the primary language used in the office is Bulgarian. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$. A biometric passport is not required for this job.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Responding to emails and forwarding important information to team members
- Organizing documents and maintaining an efficient filing system
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees when necessary
