Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financials.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
- Must have a valid work visa for Portugal.
