We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain high standards.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus).
Salary: 1200$ per month
