Instrument Technician



We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Instrument Technician to join our team in Almada. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair instruments such as sensors, meters, gauges, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school or vocational training in instrumentation is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician is not required but considered a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic components and circuitry.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Physically fit for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in confined spaces if needed.
