Restaurant Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality food and beverage service, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost-cutting or improvement
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote restaurant events and specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
